The Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanities Council is proud to host the 29th Annual Juried Student Exhibition on Sunday, May 1st with a reception followed by the Awards Ceremony. Come take in some local culture while supporting our young artist. Who knows, there could be a future Picaso standing right next to you.
